We are seeking Assistant Managers and Shift Managers to join our Pizza Hut team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience as well as assisting a General Manager with recruiting/hiring/training a team capable of helping us deliver not only the guest experience, but the daily operation of the restaurant to achieve financial goals. This can be a developmental position if you are interested in starting a career to become a general manager and transition into a restaurant of your own in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage all restaurant personnel
• Help adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​ Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in food service
• You must currently live in Omaha, NE or within 20 miles of the restaurant or be willing to relocate
• Available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays - we balance the schedule to try to accommodate everyone's quality of life
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
