Job Description We are seeking an Assembler Line Worker for our first shift from Monday to Friday. You will be working within your own individual stand-up workstations utilizing hand and power tools to assemble various mechanical parts of a shallow water anchor product called Power Pole.
Responsibilities - Utilize hand and power tools to assemble mechanical parts such as metal poles, nuts, bolts, and pressure hoses.
- Manually lift pallets or workstations for assembly line.
- Perform quality checks on products and parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Inspect and measure machined workpieces to verify conformance to specifications.
- Count and assemble kits for other components.
- Wrap and box components.
- Clean machined parts, such as drill tables and drill presses.
- Tend to machines and equipment other than machine tools.
Essential Skills - Minimum 1 year of experience with assembly of any kind (mechanical or electrical).
- Previous experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and understand basic blueprints.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Understanding of safety within manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude and a good attitude to learn and cross-train.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Work Environment You will be working in a climate-controlled facility with approximately 120 people. The departments include administrative, assembly, and warehouse. The work involves standing for long periods and lifting weights of 30-50 lbs.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TAMPA, Florida.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
