Full Time Shift: Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation built in.
Full Time Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm.

The Role Itself - Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for effective communication, especially in non-responsive cases and developmental needs in therapy.
- Ensures timely completion of assessments, balancing therapist workload, and applying appropriate therapeutic theory.
- Documents patient responses to interventions and formulating individualized treatment programs based on practitioner orders.
- Designs and delivers activities aligned with patient needs.
- Regularly reassesses patients, updating condition-based plans, and provides direction staff on activity-related groups.
- Maintains timely, thorough documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
Job Requirements: Education: - Master’s degree in Art Therapy or relevant state licensure/certification.
- CTRS or equivalent.
- Must be 21 yrs or older.
Work Experience: - One (1) year of experience in inpatient mental health is preferred.
