Paradigm is a small boutique Architecture / Interior Design firm based in the East Falls Germantown section of the city @ a walking distance to SEPTA R8-Chestnut Hill West Line.

It is a very exciting time @ Paradigm with our projects are spread across the country in the Aviation / Hospitality / Civic / Higher Ed / Commercial sectors.

Role Description

Paradigm is looking for a highly motivated architect already registered or on licensure track / 1-10 years experience to join our team. The candidate will get to manage and direct a project. They must be able to work with the principals & other team members in all phases of the design and construction administration

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD & Revit.
• Ability to produce high-quality Architectural Drawings and visual representations AutoCAD, Revit & Sketchup.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Critical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
