Job Description
We at Mr. Appliance® of Highland Park are looking for an appliance repair technician with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. We live our code of values of Respect, Integrity, and Customer Focus while having fun in the process!
Specific Responsibilities: - On the first call, accurately diagnose and/or repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
- Follow and observe all risk management protocols and techniques
- Test continuity of currents to ensure electric compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as ohmmeter and amprobe, etc.
- Perform all tasks on iPad using company provided software systems for all invoicing and parts lookups
Requirements: - Proven, strong customer service skills
- 3- 5 years experience as an appliance repair professional (technician) with desired experience with mainline and high-end appliances (sealed systems experience desired)
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Type I EPA certification
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
