As a Night Shift Site Safety Manager at Hartsfield Jackson Airport, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of multiple crews working during night hours on airfield lighting projects. Your primary duties will include:

• Overseeing safety protocols and procedures during excavation for duct banks and manholes, conduit installation, wire pulling, and light fixture installation just to name a few.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Implementing and enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Providing training and guidance to crew members on safe work practices and emergency procedures.
• Collaborating with project managers to assess site conditions and develop safety plans tailored to ongoing operations.
• Maintaining accurate safety records and reporting incidents or near-misses promptly.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction site safety management, particularly in electrical field, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety.

$40 - $50 plus 20% Night Shift Premium.
