Agile Project Manager

Position Overview
The Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master is a seasoned agile practitioner who leads a global Team to design, develop, test, and deliver an AI based cash flow forecasting solution. This role works closely with leaders, stakeholders, and core project team members to prioritize the backlog, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement through metrics analysis and optimization. The scope of this position includes deploying multiple waves in an agile release cycle on our existing platforms in addition to data interfaces to other systems and reporting dashboards.
Position Requirements
•6+ years of senior project management, with a minimum of 2+ years working in an agile product release environment.
•Highly preferred working experience within a Financial and/or Accounting organization.
•Experience in technology platforms related to accounting or financial forecasting, and knowledge of applications like SAP or JDE is preferred.
•Highly preferred working experience delivering AI based technology solutions.
•Experienced Agile Coach who can not only operate within a global environment but be able to coach and bring in best practices in running Agile Teams.


Must haves
•4 - 6 years of project/program management work experience
•2 - 3 years of working experience in an Agile Product Based environment
Preferred
•ACP, SCRUM, PMP, Certifications or equivalent project management field of study
•Experience managing agile projects utilizing Jira.
•BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related degree that provide foundational skills that foster success in managing projects.
