Description: Long term project, onsite role

• Identifying ways Agility can benefit non-IT orgs and coaching Agile mindset and practices to these orgs to enable transparency, collaboration, and better decision-making.
• Enterprise Coaching, experience with helping an organization navigate how they are going to win and work through trade-off decisions.
• Looking for someone with experience with Agile coaching outside of IT to apply Agile principles to a non-IT setting, such as R&D.

Responsibilities include:

• Help the Orgs/Programs navigate how theyre going to win, and then work through the trade-offs that come from those decisions.
• Focus on Agile Transformation design, planning & execution.
• Effectively coach, consult, mentor, teach, facilitate, and inspire organizational change.
• Design a unique transformation roadmap and identify the levers to move most effectively within the organization.
• Coach management on agility. Experience coaching Agility in a non-IT environment.
• Work as a consultant in projects & Transformation providing various ideas, suggestions, and strategies related to Agile.
• Act as a facilitator to enable groups to work cooperatively and effectively.
• Encourage buy-in from key stakeholders.
