Our client, a marketing and advertising agency, is looking for an Art Director to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity that is onsite 5 days a week.

• Producing award-worthy creative
• Producing concepts and creative which drive measurable success for clients, optimized to meet targeted performance metrics
• Producing fresh, cutting edge concepts and designs which demonstrate vision and leadership in advertising across marketing in current and emerging technologies and vehicles
• Guiding, training and collaborating with team members of various roles to elevate and guide the creative output of multiple clients across industries
• Collaborating as a leader with Executives, Account, Strategy, Digital and Development teams, to create new opportunities, elevate the agency’s work, and grow the company
• Presenting and pitching work to clients, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Promoting the agency and its capabilities and demonstrating creative authority to build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients
• Seeking out and internalizing creative feedback from leadership, to align with agency creative direction rapidly and continually
• Creating and nurturing dynamic creative partnerships throughout the creative team and agency
• Excellent strategic communication, in person and in writing
• Planning and structuring projects, and then keeping projects within all progressive and final deadlines
• Producing technically correct and polished creative
• Total accuracy in production, revision and QC
• Keeping your projects within budget
• Working closely with appropriate team members to achieve client objectives, and keeping them
up to date on project status
• Keeping all details of jobs organized and clean (files, paperwork, etc.)
• Coordination with vendors
• Concepting new ideas for clients
• Continued learning and education to remain current on new design and technology
• Client and account presentation, participation and involvement (on and off site)
