Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner

Location: Prosper, TX

Job Type: Part-time (Wed., Thurs., Sat.)

Compensation: Starting at $40.00/hr +10% commission on injectable sales and skin care products

Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the Live Young Wellness Spa in Prosper before start

About Us

Live Young Wellness Spa is a growing, patient-centered med spa focused on delivering transformative aesthetic care through personalized, expert treatment plans. Our location in Prosper/Aubrey area is seeking a friendly, honest, and hard-working Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an aesthetic rock star—hands-on training will be provided at our flagship location, Flower Mound Center for Plastic Surgery, before transitioning to our Prosper clinic.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and Good Faith Exams
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Administer neurotoxins (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, and other injectables
  • Provide patient education on procedures, pre/post-care, and expectations
  • Learn and perform aesthetic laser treatments and skincare services
  • Manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for a diverse patient population
  • Monitor for adverse reactions and ensure client safety
  • Maintain thorough documentation of treatments and client interactions
  • Stay current with aesthetic trends and best practices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked clinical environment
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer service standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking ability
  • Passion for aesthetics and continuous learning
  • Ability to work independently after training
  • Excellent rapport-building and compassionate care
  • Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement
