Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and wellness-aligned Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our clinical team. This role requires expertise in advanced injectable procedures and regenerative aesthetics, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), PDGF (platelet-derived growth factor), and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin). The ideal candidate is passionate about artistry, results, and patient safety—and thrives in an elevated, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform aesthetic consultations with a results-driven, personalized approach to treatment planning
Administer injectable treatments with precision and artistry:
Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
Dermal fillers (cheeks, lips, jawline, tear troughs, etc.)
PRP/PRF/PDGF injections for skin regeneration, hair restoration, and under-eye treatments
Educate patients on procedure expectations, post-treatment care, and product recommendations
Maintain accurate and thorough charting and documentation in EMR
Adhere to all clinical safety protocols and hygiene standards
Stay current on industry advancements, emerging techniques, and compliance requirements
Collaborate closely with providers, medical directors, and wellness staff for integrated patient care
Uphold the aesthetic and brand standards of the clinic in every patient interaction
Qualifications:
Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of [Your State]
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on injectable experience required
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aging science, and regenerative treatments
Exceptional communication and consultation skills; ability to build trust and rapport
Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and patient empowerment
Skilled eye for balance, proportion, and natural results
Professional, polished, and reliable under pressure
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
Prior training in PRF/PDGF regenerative therapies
Experience with energy-based facial devices or skin resurfacing treatments
Familiarity with luxury or wellness-based aesthetic settings
