The State University of New York College of Optometry is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator in the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) to provide a broad range of administrative and support services for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the ITS department. The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented self-starter, possessing strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, and interpersonal and high-level customer service skills for interacting with faculty, staff, and students. The individual must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, multitask, exercise good judgment, prioritize assignments effectively to meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
