We are seeking a diligent Administrative Assistant to join our team, located in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, maintaining an organized filing system, and addressing customer inquiries. This position offers a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally managing inbound and outbound calls and directing them as required.
• Efficiently handling and distributing mail.
• Overseeing the procurement of office and kitchen supplies.
• Welcoming clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Supervising the copying, faxing, and dispatching of Federal Express packages.
• Scheduling and managing meetings and appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
• Creating and distributing various correspondence memos, letters, etc.
• Planning and organizing company events.
• Ensuring workflow is managed effectively and deadlines are met.
• Responding to queries and requests for information promptly.
• Running errands to the post office and office supply store as needed.
• Consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support.
• Efficiently handling multiple projects simultaneously.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
• Strong customer service abilities, capable of effectively resolving issues and inquiries.
• Experience in data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of information.
• Proficient in email correspondence, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing and manipulating data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, capable of managing emails, tasks, and appointments.
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, able to create compelling presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, capable of drafting and editing documents.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments, managing calendars efficiently.
