Join Our Team:

You will become part of an experienced, collaborative team that values open communication and strong teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans that incorporate multifaceted activities tailored to the interests and functional levels of each guest.
Design and offer activities that encourage involvement from residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
Assist in escorting guests to and from activities, ensuring a seamless experience.
Post monthly activity calendars to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Supervise Activities Assistants in facilitating guest participation in activities.
Qualifications:

Licensed or registered in accordance with state requirements; eligibility for certification as a therapeutic recreation specialist or as an activities professional is preferred.
Two years of experience in a social or recreational program, or a qualified occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant.
Completion of a state-approved training course is also acceptable.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
