Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process and code all incoming vendor invoices promptly
• Ensure invoices are properly approved according to company policy
• Resolve billing discrepancies and review vendor statements
• Process check runs and schedule payment of invoices
• Maintain organized vendor files and records
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and records
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• High proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel
