This role is more about intent than skills. We provide extensive training in skills such as childcare, behavior management, conflict resolution, self-regulation, and risk management. We also provide certification in lifeguarding, kayaking and canoeing, CHA, ropes course and rock climbing, Youth Mental Health First Aid (for some positions) and CPR/FA/AED.
What matters more than any background you have in these areas is your desire to work with our campers.
